食品供应链是农产品和食品生产销售等组织,为了降低食品和农产品物流成本、提高其质量安全和物流服务水平而进行的垂直一体化运作模式。本文以有关食品供应链管理理论分析为前提,同时借鉴国际相关组织及个别发达国家在供应链管理方面的经验,对我国食品安全问题进行研究。为从理论与实践两方面寻找出我国食品安全问题解决思路,文章将对我国食品安全问题的现有状况以及问题发生的原因系统得进行研究。
The food supply chain is a vertically integrated mode of operation of agricultural products and food production and sales organizations in order to reduce logistics costs of food and agricultural products and improve their quality, safety and logistics service levels. This article takes the analysis of the theory of food supply chain management as the prerequisite, at the same time draws lessons from the related international organizations and some developed countries in the supply chain management experience, carries on the research to our country food safety question. In order to find out the solution of food safety problem in our country both theoretically and practically, this article will systematically study the current situation of food safety problem in our country and the causes of the problem.
