电镀前对工件抛光处理,在碳钢表面电镀硬铬,考察镀前阳极刻蚀对不同粗糙度基体镀铬层耐蚀性能的影响,通过分析镀层的厚度、硬度、孔隙率和镀层耐盐雾试验能力来表征镀层综合性能。实验结果表明:碳钢基体粗糙度在小于0.20μm且经阳极刻蚀的条件下,硬铬镀层的综合性能满足工艺要求,具有良好的耐蚀性,可达到NSS200h10级水平。
