工业的竞争力体现在性价比上。性能即产品带给客户的满足程度,考量的是企业的创新能力和品牌度;价格是客户购买力范围内的满足程度,考量的是企业的制造成本与管理成本。过去30年,中国工业的优势体现在制造成本上,未来提升产业竞争力需要从提升管理水平,提高劳动生产效率,提升企业创新能力,提高产品性能与品牌度的竞争能力等方面入手。劳动力、原材料等制造成本是一个国家的自然禀赋,管理效率和创新机制需要更科学的制度安排。
The competitiveness of the industry is reflected in the price. Performance is the product to the customer satisfaction, consider the enterprise’s ability to innovate and brand; price is the degree of satisfaction within the customer’s purchasing power, consider the manufacturing costs and management costs. Over the past 30 years, the advantages of China’s industry are reflected in its manufacturing costs. In the future, it is necessary to enhance industrial competitiveness in terms of improving management level, improving labor productivity, enhancing enterprise innovation capability, and enhancing the competitiveness of product performance and brand. Labor costs, raw materials and other manufacturing costs are a country’s natural endowments, management efficiency and innovation mechanisms require more scientific institutional arrangements.
