目的探讨抗菌药物不同浓度配液的放置环境与药物含量、pH值、外观颜色变化的关系。方法选用头孢曲松钠、头孢噻肟钠、阿洛西林、左氧氟沙星、加替沙星模拟临床用药一次量浓度(正常浓度)和全日量浓度(高浓度),采用紫外分光光度法在室温(25~26℃)和37℃,24h内对各抗菌药物配液含量及pH值变化进行测定。结果各抗菌药物不同溶媒的正常浓度配液各项指标均比高浓度配液稳定。高浓度配液药物相对百分含量丢失最多的是头孢曲松钠,达19.77%。正常浓度和高浓度在37℃下的各项测定指标均比室温(25~26℃)下差,表明温度对药物配液有影响。结论抗菌药物配液均应正常浓度临用现配,时间不宜超过24h;抗菌药物配液应存放于合理的放置环境中,以确保抗菌药物配液的质量,达到有效的抗菌治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the setting environment of antibacterial drug solution with different concentrations and the change of color, pH value and appearance. Methods Cefotaxime sodium, cefotaxime sodium, azlocillin, levofloxacin and gatifloxacin were used to simulate the clinical dosage of one dose (normal concentration) and full-time concentration (high concentration), and UV spectrophotometry was used at room temperature ~ 26 ℃) and 37 ℃, 24h within the antibacterial drug solution content and pH values were determined. Results The antibacterial drugs of different concentrations of the normal solution of the indicators than the high concentration of liquid stability. The highest relative percentage of high concentration drug dosing is ceftriaxone sodium, up to 19.77%. The determination indexes of normal concentration and high concentration at 37 ℃ were lower than those at room temperature (25 ~ 26 ℃), indicating that the temperature affected the drug dosing. Conclusion Antibacterial drug solution should be used with the normal concentration of ready-made, time should not exceed 24h; antibacterial drug solution should be stored in a reasonable place to ensure the quality of antibacterial drug solution to achieve effective antibacterial treatment.
