针对二氧化碳注入地层过程,综述固井结构随流压增加完整性遭受破坏形成渗漏途径的力学影响因素,采用计算机软件FLAC和FLAC3D数值模拟的方法,建立套管-水泥环-地层及其间界面胶结良好情况下的三维模型.给出随孔底套管内压升高,水泥环受剪切或拉伸破坏的分析方法,得到孔底内压与水泥环安全系数的关系;给出流体侵入界面持续开裂情况的分析方法,建立相应的轴对称模型,得到孔底内压与界面破坏单元数目及其安全系数的变化关系.
Aiming at the process of carbon dioxide injection into the formation, the mechanics influencing factors of cementing structure damage caused by the integrality of pressure increase integrity are summarized. The casing-cement ring-formation and the interface between them are established by computer software FLAC and FLAC3D numerical simulation In the good condition, the 3D model is given.The relationship between the internal pressure of bottom hole and the safety factor of cement ring is given by the analysis method of shear stress or failure of cement sheath with the increase of casing pressure at the bottom of the hole. Cracking situation analysis method to establish the corresponding axisymmetric model, get the hole bottom pressure and the number of interface failure unit and the safety factor of the relationship.
