学校的混乱现象有外来的与本身的两方面的原因:外来的混乱现象,大部分是由于区乡干部乱拉小学教师配合中心工作,或者是农业社干部要小学教师帮助做一些工作引起的。从校内引起的忙乱现象,是由于工作缺乏计划,不善于支配时间的结果。我们接受了1953年克服学校混乱现象的经验教训,从一开学起,就密切的注意了以下几个主要问题:
The chaotic phenomenon in the school has two reasons, both external and its own: the chaos in foreign countries is mostly caused by the fact that district and township cadres are chaotically pulling primary school teachers to work with the center, or that the agricultural community cadres want primary school teachers to help do some work. The hectic phenomenon that arises from within the school is due to the lack of planning for work and the lack of control over time. We accepted the lessons learned from the school chaos in 1953. From the beginning of school, we paid close attention to the following major issues:
