目的:探索急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的临床应用情况。方法:选取自2007年2月～2011年2月在本院治疗的急性心肌梗死患者60例,男32例,女28例,全部患者均属于老年,全部患者均进行了经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的方法。对手术完成后的患者情况进行了全面的观察研究,分析了患者的术后情况。结果:急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的临床效果是十分明显,患者的症状基本上得到缓解,身体指标恢复正常,总有效率高达98.33%。结论:高龄急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗临床效果显著,值得在临床大面积推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: From February 2007 to February 2011 in our hospital for the treatment of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction, 32 males and 28 females, all patients are elderly, all patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention Method of treatment. Results: The clinical effect of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction was very obvious. Conclusion: The clinical effect of percutaneous coronary intervention in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction is significant, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
