基于对洛惠渠灌区农业水资源自然—人工复合循环转化系统分析,辨证地论述了人为水事活动对“四水”转化及其农业生态环境的影响,进而指出实行地表水与地下水的联合运用、强化农业水资源的地下蓄调是洛惠渠灌区农业水资源综合调节、合理配置的有效途径。
Based on the analysis of the natural-artificial compound cycle and transformation system of agricultural water resources in Luohuiqu Irrigation District, the article discusses the impact of human-made water activities on the transformation of “Four-water” and its agro-ecological environment dialectically, and then points out that the implementation of surface water and groundwater Joint use and strengthen the underground storage of agricultural water resources is an effective way to comprehensively adjust and rationally allocate agricultural water resources in Luohuiqu irrigation area.
