教育领导力应遵循可持续发展的原则,教育领导力理论的实践价值必须要通过学科课程和课堂教学才能实现。基于对可持续教育领导力的内涵和外延的理解,从“注重要素”“关注发展”“强调共享”三个领导力理念维度开展小学数学教学的创新设计,有助于彰显教师的教学业务能力,提升教师的教学领导力,培植学生的知识管理能力,使教育的质量得到有效保障。
Educational leadership should follow the principle of sustainable development. The practical value of educational leadership theory must be realized through subject courses and classroom teaching. Based on the understanding of the connotation and denotation of leadership for sustainable education, the innovative design of mathematics teaching in primary schools from the perspectives of “focus on the elements”, “focus on the development”, “emphasize the sharing” Demonstrate the teaching ability of the teacher, enhance the teacher’s teaching leadership, cultivate the student’s knowledge management ability, and ensure the quality of education effectively.
