近年来,水溶性酞菁在光动力疗法(PDT)和光功能电子器件等方面均获得了广泛的应用。它在光动力治疗癌症,抗HIV方面潜在的应用价值及对癌细胞的选择性吸附已引起了人们的广泛注意。该类物质到达靶细胞的细节研究尚不成熟,还未见文献报道。考虑到药物进入人体后,总要通过血浆贮存和运输,到达受体部位,进而发挥药理作用。白蛋白是主要的血清蛋白,并可与许多内源、外源化合物结合,因此,研究血清白蛋白与光疗药物间的相互作用,将有助于光疗机制的阐明.本文用UV-Vis光谱和荧光光谱研究了四磺酸基锌酞菁(ZnPcS_4)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。
In recent years, water-soluble phthalocyanines have been widely used in photodynamic therapy (PDT) and optical functional electronic devices. Its potential application in photodynamic therapy for cancer, anti-HIV, and selective adsorption of cancer cells has attracted widespread attention. The details of this class of substances reaching the target cells are not yet mature and have not been reported in the literature. Taking into account the drug into the human body, always through the storage and transport of plasma to reach the receptor site, and then play a pharmacological effect. Albumin is the main serum protein and can be combined with many endogenous and exogenous compounds. Therefore, studying the interaction between serum albumin and phototherapy drugs will help elucidate the mechanism of phototherapy. This article uses UV-Vis spectra and Fluorescence spectroscopy studies the interaction between tetrasulfonated zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPcS_4) and bovine serum albumin (BSA).
