采用超声导波方法可对输电铁塔角钢型材中的缺陷进行快速有效检测,将角钢型材视为连接而成的窄钢板,采用脉冲反射回波法激发产生兰姆波对其中的缺陷进行检测。应用有限元模拟和实验方法,研究了兰姆波检测角钢型材边缘和连接处腐蚀缺陷的可行性,数值模拟和实验表明对厚度为8mm的角钢型材,采用120kHz的兰姆波可以很好地兼顾长距离检测和精度要求。
Ultrasonic guided wave method can be used for the rapid and effective detection of the defects in the angle section of transmission tower. The angle steel profiles are regarded as the narrow steel plate which is connected. The pulse reflection echo method is used to generate Lamb waves to detect the defects therein. The feasibility and feasibility of using Lamb wave to detect the corrosion defects at the edges and joints of angle steel profiles were studied by means of finite element simulation and experimental methods. The numerical simulation and experiments show that for the angle steel profiles with the thickness of 8mm, Long-distance detection and accuracy requirements.
