自1988年1月至1991年12月,我们应用CO_2激光治疗300例尖锐湿疣患者,其中男130例、女170例。病程最短一个月,最长一年,平均三个月。发病年龄以20至30岁年龄组居多;发病部位以龟头、冠状沟、包皮及大小阴唇等外生殖器部位最多。多数病人是几个部位同时发病。治疗方法局部常规消毒,用1％利多卡因在疣体根部浸润麻醉,2～3分钟后行激光炭化,病变组织可在几秒钟至几分钟内除掉,局部遗留凝固性炭痂。皮损面积小者可一次性治愈,面积较大或皮疹
From January 1988 to December 1991, we applied CO_2 laser to treat 300 patients with condyloma acuminatum, including 130 males and 170 females. The shortest duration of one month, the longest year, an average of three months. The age of onset was mostly in the age group of 20 to 30 years old.
