随着高等教育事业的发展,高校中青年女教师的人数比例不断增加,她们的心理健康状况不仅直接或间接地影响其教学态度、观念和教学科研行为,而且影响到“育人”的过程和效果,对大学生的身心素质培养与提高也会产生很大影响。探索建立一套科学、行之有效的高校青年女教师的心理健康扶助机制,努力为她们的工作营造一个良好的心理环境和外部空间,是搞好高等教育应特别注意的一个问题。
