企业的组织结构,是企业全体员工为实现企业目标,在工作中进行分工协作,在职务范围、责任、权力方面所形成的结构体系。组织结构上承战略、下启运行,是企业组织能力发展的决定性因素。企业如要适应国际市场环境的变化,以在激烈的国内外市场竞争中立于不败之地,就必须设计基于战略为方向的企业组织结构。
The organizational structure of an enterprise is a structural system formed by all employees of an enterprise for the purpose of achieving business goals and carrying out division of labor and cooperation in the work and in the scope of duties, responsibilities and powers. It is the decisive factor in the development of organizational capabilities that organizational strategies are supported and run under the rules. Enterprises to adapt to changes in the international market environment, in order to remain invincible in the fierce domestic and international market competition, we must design based on the strategic direction of the organizational structure of enterprises.
