[目的]采用高效液相色谱法测定金银冠心液中绿原酸的含量。[方法]用YMC-Pack OSD-A C_(18)色谱柱(250mm ×4.6mm 5μm),甲醇-水-冰醋酸(22:78:1)为流动相,流速0.8mL·min~(-1),检测波长327nm。[结果]绿原酸在0.575-2.3μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.01%(RSD=1.68%,n=5)。[结论]本方法简便、快速、可靠,可用于金银冠心液的质量控制。
[Objective] To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in gold and silver coronary heart disease by high performance liquid chromatography. [Methods] YMC-Pack OSD-A C_(18) column (250mm × 4.6mm 5μm), mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (22:78:1), flow rate 0.8mL·min~(-1) ), detection wavelength 327nm. [Results] The chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.575-2.3 μg (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 100.01% (RSD=1.68%, n=5). [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and reliable and can be used for the quality control of gold and silver crown fluids.
