文中对20g材料多次返修对接头的焊缝及热影响区组织进行了分析研究,结果表明,多次返修后接头晶粒并未严重粗化。本文最后还就细化晶粒,以改善接头质量所应采取的措施进行了探讨。
In this paper, the welding seam and heat-affected zone (HAZ) of 20g materials were repeatedly repaired and analyzed. The results showed that the cohesive grains did not roughen after repeated reworking. At the end of this article, we also discussed how to refine the grains and how to improve the joint quality.
