采用HPLC法考察了15批牛蒡子中牛蒡苷的含量，结果牛蒡苷平均含量为8．4％，方法回收率为101．2％（n＝5）。
The content of bovine glycosides in 15 batches of Arctium lappa was investigated by HPLC. The average content of arfiside was 8.4%. The method recovery rate was 101.2% (n=5).
