针对负载变化时旁路节流调速回路存在的进油腔压力冲击的问题,采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,研究了节流阀式旁路节流调速系统参数变化对系统动态特性的影响.建立以负载作为输入,液压缸无杆腔压力作为输出的系统动态特性的理论模型,对理论推导和分析进行了试验验证,并利用压力超调量修正了液压元件的主参数额定压力的选取公式,为此类型回路系统设计以及元件参数选择提供参考依据.
