目的 :观察香菇菌多糖对尖锐湿疣 (condylomaacuminatum ,CA)的疗效及免疫调节作用。方法 :将 3 6例CA患者随机分为实验组 (香菇菌多糖加二氧化碳激光治疗 ) 1 9例 ,对照组 (单用二氧化碳激光治疗 ) 1 7例。治疗前后均检测两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )及可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (SIL 2R)水平。并比较两组治疗后的复发率。结果 :治疗后实验组CD+4/CD+8细胞比值升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;血清IL 2水平升高 ,SIL 2R水平下降(P <0 0 5 ) ;对照组无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ;治疗后实验组复发率较对照组降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :香菇菌多糖对CA患者的细胞免疫功能有调节作用 ,并能降低CA治疗后的复发率。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and immunomodulatory effect of mushroom polysaccharide on condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods: Thirty six patients with CA were randomly divided into experimental group (19 cases of mushroom polysaccharide and carbon dioxide laser treatment) and 17 cases of control group (carbon dioxide laser treatment alone). Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, serum interleukin 2 (IL 2) and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL 2 R) levels were measured before and after treatment. The recurrence rates after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the ratio of CD + 4 / CD + 8 cells in the experimental group increased (P <0.05), the level of serum IL 2 increased and the level of SIL 2R decreased (P <0.05) P> 0.05). After treatment, the relapse rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Lentinus edodes polysaccharide can modulate the cellular immune function of CA patients and reduce the relapse rate after CA treatment.
