去年年底召开的哥本哈根气候大会上,192个国家的领导人签订了继《京都议定书》后又一具有划时代意义的全球气候协议书,低碳经济再次成为为学术界的热门课题。本文回顾了低碳经济的发展历程,分析了中国发展低碳经济的必要性,并指出当今常见的误区,从新视角观察我国低碳经济发展。 At the Copenhagen climate conference held late last year, leaders of 192 countries signed yet another epoch-making global climate agreement following the “Kyoto Protocol.” The low-carbon economy has once again become a hot topic for academics. This paper reviews the development of a low-carbon economy, analyzes the necessity of developing a low-carbon economy in China, and points out the common misunderstandings from now on and looks at the development of a low-carbon economy in our country from a new perspective.
