颌骨中枢性血管瘤不常见,据中华口腔科杂志编委会自1954年至1981年收到的此类稿件综合共33例。发生于上颌骨者仅5例。就诊时患者年龄最小者9岁。我科收治1例年仅14个月幼儿上颌骨中枢性血管瘤患者,入院后突发性火出血,经急救手术脱险,报告如下:杭×,男,14个月,住院号29450。因其父母发现患儿左上颌部膨隆,20余天内增长明显,于1981年8月5日入院。 Jaw central hemangiomas are uncommon, according to the Chinese Journal of Stomatology editorial board from 1954 to 1981 received a total of 33 cases of such manuscripts.
