目的:对灾后学龄儿童的心理现状水平进行研究。方法:采用中医心理的“七情状态背景量表”和儿童行为量表作为测量工具,对143名学龄儿童的七情与心理行为进行测评。结果:大多数学龄儿童的七情与心理行为现状良好。学龄儿童正性情绪“喜”的平均分高于负性情绪的平均分。女童在“惊”、“恐”这两种情绪上的平均分明显高于男童。结论:①地震两年后,学龄儿童的心理危机感已大大减弱。这主要与强大的社会支持系统参与灾后重建有关。②中医心理干预可以全面、系统地调节儿童心理,对灾后儿童心理援助具有建设性的意义。
Objective: To study the psychological status of post-disaster school-aged children. Methods: Using the “seven emotions state background scale” and “children behavior scale” of TCM psychology as measurement tools, the emotion and psychological behavior of 143 school-aged children were evaluated. Results: Most of the school-age children have good emotional and psychological behavior. Positive emotions of school-age children “hi ” average score higher than the average score of negative emotions. Girls in the “scared ”, “fear ” the two emotional average was significantly higher than the boys. Conclusion: ① Two years after the earthquake, the psychological crisis of school-age children has greatly weakened. This is mainly related to the strong social support system involved in post-disaster reconstruction. Psychological intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can comprehensively and systematically regulate the psychology of children and have a constructive significance to psychological assistance for children after a disaster.
