大电厂原水混凝处理中,传统的加药方式受水质水量等波动影响较大,并存在严重的控制滞后现象,而利用凝聚的微观特性,胶体电荷变化,只需控制流动电流一个因子,就可实现投药的准确连续控制。进行了流动电流混凝投药控制技术的生产性试验研究。结果表明,基于该项技术实现了混凝投药的自动控制,出水水质明显提高,药耗明显降低。
