目的 研究大蒜素对人肝癌细胞中VEGFmRNA表达的影响。方法 应用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)方法。以HPRT (hypoxanthinephosphoribosyltransferase)为内标。结果 大蒜素有明显抑制人肝癌细胞VEGFmRNA表达的作用 ,与对照组相比 ,其VEGFmRNA表达水平降低了约 66 3 6% (P <0 0 5 )。结论 大蒜素是人肝癌细胞表达VEGF基因的调节剂 ,能抑制人肝癌细胞VEGF基因的表达。
Objective To study the effect of garlicin on the expression of VEGFmRNA in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) method was used. HPRT (hypoxanthinephosphoribosyltransferase) was used as an internal standard. Results Allicin significantly inhibited the expression of VEGFmRNA in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Compared with the control group, the expression of VEGFmRNA decreased by about 66 3 6% (P <0 05). Conclusion Allicin is a modulator of VEGF gene expression in human hepatoma cells and can inhibit the expression of VEGF gene in human hepatoma cells.
