目的建立高效液相-蒸发光散射检测法同时测定蜂蜜中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖的方法。方法 AgiLent Car-bohydrate色谱柱,乙腈-水(75:25)为流动相,流速2.0 mL/min,激光蒸发光散射检测器,漂移管温度90℃。结果葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖的线性范围分别为0.484~14.532μg/mg,0.469~14.088μg/mg0,.486~14.580μg/mg,平均回收率103.95%,102.90%,97.56%,RSD 3.37%,4.82%,2.01%。结论本方法可有效地控制大蜜丸中蜂蜜的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of fructose, glucose and sucrose in honey by high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detection. Methods The AgiLent Car-bohydrate column was acetonitrile-water (75:25) with a flow rate of 2.0 mL / min and the laser light scattering detector was used. The temperature of the drift tube was 90 ℃. Results The linear range of glucose, fructose and sucrose were 0.484 ~ 14.532μg / mg, 0.469 ~ 14.088μg / mg0, 486 ~ 14.580μg / mg and the average recoveries were 103.95%, 102.90%, 97.56%, RSD 3.37%, 4.82 %, 2.01%. Conclusion This method can effectively control the quality of honey honey.
