大环内酯类的伊维菌素(ivermectin)/米尔倍霉素(milbemycin)具有抗虫和杀虫作用,但其机制还不清楚。根据对其他生物抗药性及药理学实验结果表明,可能与某些代谢途径有关,而每种抗药机制都存在抑制剂。本文作者进行该项研究的目的为:1)明确大环内酯对幼虫咽部碳水化合物底物(~3H-菊粉)的摄入的影响能否用来区分捻转血矛线虫抗药株和易感株;2)明确用一系列代谢抑制剂预处理抗药株是否可以克服其对大环内酯敏感性的降低,从而揭示一种可能的抗药机制。
Macrolides ivermectin / milbemycin have insect-resistant and insecticidal effects, but the mechanism is unclear. According to other biological resistance and pharmacological experimental results show that it may be related to certain metabolic pathways, and each drug resistance mechanisms exist inhibitors. The aim of this study was to: 1) To determine whether the effect of macrolide on larval pharyngeal carbohydrate substrate (~ 3H-inulin) could be used to distinguish between H. contortus strains And susceptible strains; 2) Whether a series of metabolic inhibitors pretreated with drug-resistant strains could overcome the decrease of their susceptibility to macrolides could reveal a possible mechanism of drug resistance.
