本文介绍了冰洲石晶体的性能检测试验,冰洲石偏振光棱镜的制造工艺,冰洲石偏振光棱镜消光比的检测以及冰洲石偏振光棱镜的部分性能检测试验。延边冰洲石晶体是属于光学质量很高的无色透明晶体,其化学成分纯净,双折射和偏振现象明显,光谱透过的范围为0.214~2.5μm,寻常光线的折射率为1.6589,非常光线的折射率为1.4869。用它制成有偏光棱镜,其性能良好。格兰·泰勒棱镜在电源电压950V,注入能量45J,40次/s的强功率激光作用下能连续工作20min,无自振现象,插入损耗小,透射率高。渥拉斯顿棱镜在PLDV型偏振差动式激光流速仪和LDV/LZF型二维多用激光流速仪上使用,其效果良好,波长为632.8nm时,其波振面畸变为λ/6-λ/8。格兰偏振棱镜的散射和吸收小于1%,消光比可达10 ̄(-5),可作为光学精密测量和高灵敏度探测等仪器中较理想的光学元件。
In this paper, the performance testing of iceland stone, the manufacturing process of icestone polarizing prism, the extinction ratio of icestone polarizing prism and the partial performance testing of icestone polarizing prism are introduced. Yanbian iceland stone crystal belongs to colorless and transparent crystal with high optical quality. Its chemical composition is pure, the phenomena of birefringence and polarization are obvious, the range of spectral transmission is 0.214 ~ 2.5μm, the refractive index of ordinary ray is 1 .6589, very low refractive index of 1.4869. It is made with polarized prism, its performance is good. Glan Taylor Prism in the power supply voltage 950V, 45J, 40 times / s strong power laser can work continuously for 20min, no self-vibration, low insertion loss, high transmittance. Wollaston prism used in the PLDV polarization differential laser velocity meter and LDV / LZF two-dimensional multi-purpose laser velocity meter, the effect is good, the wavelength of 632.8nm, the wave vibration plane distortion λ / 6- λ / 8. The diffraction and absorption of the Gelan Polarization Prisms are less than 1% and the extinction ratio is up to 10 ~ (-5). They can be used as the ideal optical element in instruments such as optical precision measurement and high sensitivity detection.
