制备出质量分数为22%的剪切增稠液体(STF)并对其稳态和动态流变性能进行研究,发现体系具有明显的剪切增稠现象,用“粒子簇”生成机理能较好地解释这种现象。用STF处理不同经纬密的芳纶,制备出STF-复合织物,并对其和纯芳纶织物进行准静态防刺试验。结果表明,剪切增稠液体的使用能够有效地增强芳纶织物的防刺性能,但经纬密小的提高的更多,在相同的面密度下,顶破强力分别提高了7.66%和170.84%。
The shear thickening liquid (STF) with mass fraction of 22% was prepared and its steady-state and dynamic rheological properties were studied. The results show that the system has obvious shear thickening phenomenon, Better explain this phenomenon. The STF-composite fabric was prepared by using STF to treat aramid fiber with different density, and quasi-static stab-piercing test was carried out on it with pure aramid fabrics. The results show that the shear thickening liquid can effectively enhance the stab-resistant performance of Kevlar fabric, but the increase of latitude, longitude and latitude is more. Under the same areal density, the bursting strength increases by 7.66% and 170.84%, respectively. .
