在机械加工中,经常会遇到U形件的冲压加工(见图1)。传统的成形定位方式是用料片的一个端面和一个侧面定位,但它很难保证两孔的同轴度要求,且成形后容易出现扭曲现象,产品合格率极低。针对这个问题,我们通过改进定位方法,用两孔定位冲压成形(见图2),解决了上述问题。定位销尺寸h=1-1.2t(t为材料厚度),定位销直径d=D-(0.06~0.08)。成形时,在上模刚接触工件瞬间,工件两端首先向上翘起,两孔脱离定位销后再成形,且不会把两孔拉长。
In machining, often encounter U-shaped stamping (see Figure 1). The traditional forming positioning method uses one end surface and one side surface of the web, but it is difficult to ensure the coaxiality requirements of the two holes, and is prone to twisting after forming, and the product qualification rate is extremely low. In response to this problem, we solve the above problems by improving the positioning method, using two holes positioning stamping (see Figure 2). Positioning pin size h = 1-1.2t (t is the material thickness), the pin diameter d = D- (0.06 ~ 0.08). Forming, the upper mold just contact the workpiece moment, the workpiece at both ends of the first upward tilt, two holes from the positioning pin and then shape, and will not stretch the two holes.
