当前,振动测量技术已在多领域得以应用和推广,涡街流量计就是一种运用振动测量原理的流量测量仪表,一般采用压电振动测量技术,通过电荷放大器将电荷信号转换成电压信号,从而实现对流体涡街的振动测量。本文以振动检测技术在涡街流量计中的应用之为研究重点,分别就涡街流量计的流体振动测量、传感器和放大电路的设计和应用进行了深入研究,以此提升涡街振动频率检测性能。
