随着我国市场经济建设的不断深入,私营经济已成为我国经济建设一支生力军。但由于自身因素和体制的制约,私营经济融资难的问题一直未得到有效的解决。研究就目前私营企业融资所面临的障碍及造成私营企业融资障碍的原因进行分析,从私营企业加强自身素质、政府职能转变、金融创新等角度提出建设性对策。 With the continuous deepening of China's market economy construction, the private economy has become a new force in the economic construction of our country. However, due to the constraints of its own factors and institutions, the problem of financing difficulties in the private economy has not been effectively solved. This paper analyzes the obstacles to the current private sector financing and the reasons for the obstacles to the financing of the private sector. It proposes constructive measures from the perspectives of the private sector in strengthening its own quality, changing government functions and financial innovation.
