“七五”国家重点工业试验项目—福州40米回转窑直接还原技术攻关工作,自1987年1月至1989年12月,经过近3年的努力,于11月16日~12月15日进行了连续30天的工业性试验。这一项目在技术上有较大的突破,对供煤系统进行了重大改进,并采用埋入式烧嘴。因此,操作稳定,温度控制准确,未产生结圈现象,窑内还原高温区可延长到窑长的60%。技术经济指标达到国际先进水平,利用系数达0.4,煤耗852.4kg/t(折合标煤690kg/t),成品金属化率92%以上,设备作业率达95%。
