目的探讨对接受关节置换术治疗患者行综合物理疗法对其术后疼痛产生的影响。方法随机选择58例于2015年2月—2017年1月在该院接受关节置换术治疗的患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(综合物理疗法),对2组临床资料进行回顾性分析,对比患者术后疼痛程度。结果在术后1、2、3 d,观察组患者平均程度评分均显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度为93.10%,显著高于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05)。结论综合物理疗法的实施可促进关节置换患者术后疼痛程度得到有效减轻,提高患者术后舒适度。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive physical therapy on postoperative pain in patients undergoing joint replacement. Methods A total of 58 patients randomly assigned to receive arthroplasty in this hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group (general nursing) and observation group (comprehensive physical therapy), and 2 groups of clinical data were reviewed Sex analysis, comparing the degree of postoperative pain in patients. Results The average scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1, 2 and 3 days after operation. The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.10%, significantly higher than that of the control group (79.31%, P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive physical therapy can promote postoperative pain in patients with joint replacement was effectively reduced, improve postoperative comfort.
