以薄皮甜瓜为试材,采用常规和改良秸秆生物反应堆2种栽培方式,以常规土壤栽培为对照,研究了不同秸秆处理方式对薄皮甜瓜栽培的影响。结果表明:采用改良秸秆生物反应堆栽培薄皮甜瓜,在8:00气温、8:00 20cm处地温、茎粗、产量、糖度、净光合速率方面虽然略低于常规秸秆生物反应堆栽培,但差异不显著,且都明显强于常规土壤栽培,操作相对常规秸秆生物反应堆栽培简单易行,成本降低,增温均衡,8:00气温比常规土壤栽培高0.8~1.9℃,8:00 20cm处地温比常规土壤栽培高1.2~2.9℃,补气(CO2)持续,8:30CO2浓度比常规土壤栽培高2倍多且生长前期CO2浓度略高于常规秸秆生物反应堆栽培,在设施蔬菜生产中值得应用推广。
The effects of different straw treatments on the growth of muskmelon were studied using two kinds of cultivation methods of conventional and modified straw bio-reactors.
