设计建设成一套能把粉状的高分子聚合物进行分散、溶解、熟化、稀释,并与碱溶液按一定比例混配的地面工艺装置。两种溶液互溶后分别稀释为聚合物浓度2500mg/L和碱液浓度5%。试验表明,采用20~30℃的地下水配制,既不影响聚合物粘度,又不出现减析。复配型螯合剂能消除铁离子对聚合物粘度的影响,加入150mg/L,可使含铁在0.1mg/L以下,满足要求。现场测试结果表明,所建地面混配装置,使聚合物母液和减母液浓度基本上能达到设计参数要求。
