目的:研究地锦草抗皮肤癣菌活性部位化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶、MCI GEL CHP 20P、制备液相等技术对地锦草活性部位化学成分进行分离纯化,用NMR、MS等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从地锦草抗皮肤癣菌活性部位中分到11个化合物,其中8个黄酮醇类化合物,3个酚酸类个化合物。结构分别为山柰酚(1),槲皮素(2),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(4),槲皮素-3-O-(6″-O-没食子酰基)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),山柰酚-3-O-α-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(6),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(7),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(8),没食子酸乙酯(9),反式阿魏酸(10),原儿茶酸乙酯(11)。结论:地锦草抗皮肤癣菌活性部位主要含黄酮醇及酚酸类化合物。化合物5、10、11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the active sites of the anti-dermatophytes of Eupatorium. Methods: Silica gel, gel, MCI GEL CHP 20P and preparative liquid were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents from the active site of E. fortunei. The structures were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS: Eleven compounds were isolated from the active sites of the anti-dermatophytes of Dichondra repens, including 8 flavonol compounds and 3 phenolic compounds. The structures were as follows: kaempferol (1), quercetin (2), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) (4), quercetin -3-O- (6 "-O-galloyl) -glucopyranoside (5), and kaempferol-3-O-α-D-arabinopyranoside ), Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (7), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside (8), ethyl gallate Type ferulic acid (10), protocatechuic acid ethyl ester (11) .Conclusion: The active site of the anti-dermatophytes in the genus Aconitum mainly contains flavonols and phenolic compounds.Compounds 5, In the isolated.
