我市“八五”期间技术出口额以每年递增1000万美元的势头步入全国技术出口重点省市行列。据统计,我市1990年完成5192万美元,1994年完成8015万美元。95年我市技术出口额已累计完成1.0024亿美元,技术出口占本市外贸出口总额的3.4％高于全国水平。市科委在技术出口工作中注意在“促”字上下功夫,坚持把推动和促进作为重点来抓。在总结历年经验的基础上,缩短了技术出口审批时间,简化了审批手续,加强了工作协调。 去年三月,我市举办了第六届“中国天津出口商品交易会”,使国内出口商品交易会上第一次出现了由科研院所组成的技术出口交易团,为技术走进市场,成为
