前言 众所周知,历史上渤海沿岸曾多次遭受强风暴潮的侵袭。因此,风暴潮机制和预报的研究是十分重要的,近几年来,国内许多学者曾对渤海的风暴潮进行过一些研究,并取得了有益的成果。其中,山东海洋学院建立的超浅海零阶模型为浅海风暴潮理论及数值计算奠定了基础。但是,引起渤海风暴潮的风场比较复杂,到目前为止,尚未见提出较实用的风场模式 Preface As we all know, the history of the coast of Bohai has repeatedly been hit by a strong storm surge. Therefore, the research on storm surge mechanism and forecast is very important. In recent years, many scholars in China have done some research on the storm surge in the Bohai Sea and obtained some beneficial results. Among them, the ultra-shallow sea zero-order model established by Shandong Ocean University laid the foundation for the theory and numerical calculation of shallow sea storm surge. However, the wind field causing the storm surge in the Bohai Sea is rather complicated. So far, no more practical wind field mode has been proposed
