基于低成本可重复配置的控制与采集系统cRIO的技术特点,将其作为负压波/音波管道泄漏监测系统的子站监测设施应用于管道的泄漏检测中。cRIO远程数据采集装置可实现数据采集、数据远传、本地数据存储、时间同步和看门狗等基本功能,介绍了各种功能的实现过程和方法。其硬件组成包括:NIcRIO-9014嵌入式实时控制器、NIcRIO-91048槽可重配置嵌入式机箱及NI9205数据采集模块;软件组成包括:运行于NIcRIO-9104上的采集程序和运行于NIcRIO-9014上的控制程序。cRIO能够进行远程数据采集,在手动阀室等野外环境下正常运行,满足泄漏监测系统对数据实时性、准确性以及子站监测点稳定性的要求,减小供电系统的设计功率,降低阀室改造成本。目前,该装置已成功应用于兰郑长成品油管道11#阀室。
