为研究急性水肿型胰腺炎时胰蛋白酶的活化情况,以40微克/公斤体重的雨蛙肽腹腔内注射给大白鼠诱发急性水肿型胰腺炎。一小时后采血并处死。测定胰湿重量,血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶和血浆胰蛋白酶原活化肽。实验组胰湿重量、血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶均明显增高,与对照组相比,均有显著性差异。实验组血浆胰蛋白酶原活化肽浓度为2.55±0.82nm,对照组为0.62±0.32nm,二者间有显著性差异(p<0.05)。实验结果证明,单剂雨蛙肽腹腔内注射可诱发大白鼠急性水肿型胰腺炎,此型急性胰腺炎的发生与胰蛋白酶的活化有关。
To study the activation of trypsin in acute edematous pancreatitis, acute edematous pancreatitis was induced in mice by intraperitoneal injection of Hymenoptera at 40 μg / kg body weight. Blood was collected and sacrificed one hour later. Pancreatic wet weight, serum amylase, lipase and plasma trypsinogen peptide were determined. Pancreatic weight, serum amylase and lipase in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, both of which were significantly different. The concentration of plasma trypsinogen peptide in the experimental group was 2.55 ± 0.82nm, while the control group was 0.62 ± 0.32nm, with significant difference (p <0.05). Experimental results show that single-dose Hymenoptera intraperitoneal injection can induce acute edematous pancreatitis in rats, the occurrence of this type of acute pancreatitis and trypsin activation.
