目的:观察评估残冠、残根使用玻璃纤维树脂桩核联合钯银烤瓷冠修复与铸造钯银金属桩核联合钯银烤瓷冠修复的临床效果。方法:选用新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔科就诊患者68例,共112颗患牙为分析目标,在根管治疗后参考牙齿的基本条件,选取玻璃纤维树脂桩核或铸造钯银金属桩核修复后联合用钯银烤瓷冠固定修复,并分为玻璃纤维桩核组(36例,58颗牙)和钯银金属桩核组(32例,54颗牙)等两组后进行统计分析。约为2年的随访,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:玻璃纤维桩组修复后成功52颗,失败6颗,无根折,治疗成功率89.7%;钯银金属桩组修复后成功47颗,失败7颗,其中根折3颗,治疗成功率87.0%,两组成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在根管治疗采用标准的流程指导和技术规范的情况下,如果疗效和实施质量都达到比较高的要求,那么玻璃纤维桩修复和钯银金属桩核修复都可以在2年的随访期间内保留较高的存活率,但是钯银金属桩核修复后发生根折概率较大,临床上需要重视。这说明玻璃纤维桩核修复效果跟钯银金属桩核相比有一定的优势,具有良好的使用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of repairing and casting palladium-silver metal post and core combined with palladium-silver porcelain fused ceramic crown by using fiberglass resin post and core combined with palladium-silver porcelain crowns. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with primary dentistry in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled in this study. A total of 112 teeth were selected as the target for analysis. After reference to the basic conditions of teeth after root canal treatment, glass fiber resin post core or cast palladium silver metal post core After repair, the patients were fixed with palladium-silver porcelain crowns and divided into two groups: glass fiber post group (36 cases, 58 teeth) and palladium silver metal post group (32 cases, 54 teeth) . About 2 years of follow-up, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: The success rate of fiberglass piles after repair was 52, failure of 6, no root folding, the success rate of treatment was 89.7%; the success rate of treatment was 47 after successful restoration of Palladium-silver metal post group, 7 failed, of which 3 were root fracture 87.0%. There was no significant difference in success rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: In the context of standard procedures and specifications for endodontic treatment, both fiberglass post repair and palladium silver metal posts can be repaired over 2 years of follow-up if both efficacy and quality of implementation are met, However, the probability of occurrence of root fractures after the repair of the palladium-silver metal postal nucleus is relatively high, so it is clinically important to pay attention to it. This shows that the fiberglass post-core repair effect with palladium-silver metal post core has some advantages, with good value.
