前言由于摩擦而造成表面损坏即为磨损。在一般工作条件下按其损坏原因大致可分为四种类型的磨损:磨料磨损、粘着磨损、接触疲劳磨损和腐蚀磨损。金属杂质泵过流元件不仅承受过流介质的机械冲刷(切屑、疲劳破坏)、而且受到腐蚀和汽蚀的破坏,所以它的磨损应属于低应力冲蚀磨损。金属磨损应按其物理、化学等参数来评价,就其材质本身性质而言,抵抗这种磨损的性能应归结为抗砂蚀性(Sand-Eroson)。
Introduction Surface damage due to friction is wear. Under normal working conditions, the causes of damage can be roughly divided into four types of wear: abrasive wear, adhesive wear, contact fatigue wear and corrosion wear. Metal impurity pump overcurrent element not only withstand the mechanical erosion of the flow medium (chip, fatigue damage), but also by corrosion and cavitation damage, so its wear and tear should belong to the low stress erosion wear. Metal wear and tear should be based on physical, chemical and other parameters to evaluate the nature of the material itself, the resistance to wear and tear of this performance should be attributed to the Sand-Eroson.
