Taking the Talyrond73 circularitymeter as an example, the basic principle of intelligent roundnessmeter modification, the main function of the roundness measurement software and the optimization of backtrack error evaluation method are introduced. Some measures to ensure the detection accuracy are also discussed. Test results.
