以SMW工法为围护结构的上海地铁4号线临平路站出入口基坑工程为例,建立了有限元模型,模拟其开挖全过程,探讨参数变化对基坑开挖结果的影响,并对其变形情况进行分析,得出了用SMW工法的墙体侧向位移呈中间大两头小趋势、桩墙底端应力聚积较大且极易在此处发生剪切破坏的结论;提出了施工过程中应尽量避免在坑外或开挖基坑内放置过量荷载的建议。
Taking the excavation and excavation of the Linping Road Station of Shanghai Metro Line 4 with the SMW working method as an example, a finite element model was established to simulate the whole process of excavation, and the effect of the parameter variation on the excavation results was discussed. The deformation of the wall is analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn that the lateral displacement of the wall with SMW method is in the middle of two small trends, the stress accumulation at the bottom of the pile wall is large and the shear failure is easily occurred here.
