GH36合金涡轮盘锻件对最终热处理制度很讲究,但对于比最终热处理温度高得多的模锻加热工艺却未给以足够重视。可以预料,这样高的加热温度必然会给合金的性能和组织带来重大影响,只是这方面的系统工作尚未见到。在模锻生产中,由于设备和操作原因,经常发生加热温度、时间超出工艺要求的事故,对这些加热件进行质量评定的时候,手头必须有不同加热温度对该合金性能影响、合金过烧判定依据方面的数据,但这方面的资料也找不到。本工作的目的就是试图解决这两个问题。
