Objective To investigate the prevalence of UU and CT in hospitalized patients and provide the basis for clinical treatment of genitourinary tract diseases and infertility. Methods The results of UU and CT in outpatients from January 2013 to December 2015 were collected and retrospectively analyzed for age, sex and infection status in each year. Results A total of 3 866 (54.54%) positive patients were detected in 7 089 patients. The positive rates of UU, CT and co-infection were 48.29%, 2.44% and 3.81% respectively. The positive rate of female patients was higher than that of male ones (P <0.05). The positive rates of UU, CT and co-infection in both men and women were higher in 20-49 age group The age group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The annual detection rate increased year by year, the highest annual detection rate of 57.58%. There were 3 073 cases of infertility related to infertility, the positive infection rate was 35.60%, 4 016 cases of genitourinary tract inflammatory response, the positive infection rate was 37.15%, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) . Conclusions Genitourinary tract inflammatory reaction and infertility are closely related to CT and UU infection. It is suggested that UU and CT should be used as routine examination items in patients with genitourinary tract inflammatory reaction and preconception examination, and to control and treat various genital Road diseases, improve young male genitourinary health and prenatal and postnatal care has important clinical significance.
