笔者经常听到一些农村党支部书记抱怨“党费难收,自己已经贴了多少钱代人交党费”一类的话。为此,我专门走访调查了十几个农村党支部和近百名党员,发现这种情况确实存在。在农村,还有一部分党员经济条件不好,再加上一些支部不是按期收党费,而是每年集中收一次,所以碰上没有钱的党员,支书只好代交。长此下去,造成了部分党员按期交纳党费的意识淡化,个别党员甚至产生了错误的认识。有名党员竟理直气壮地说:“我是贫困党员,是支部书记 I often hear some party branch secretary complain in rural areas ”Party membership is difficult to close, how much they have posted on behalf of people pay Party dues “ a class of words.
