目的:对比小儿肺炎支原体感染实施快速血清学检验与微生物培养检测的效果。方法:从2015年12月至2017年3月来我院治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的患者中选取72例进行分析,按照入院顺序对其进行编号,采用奇偶法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例。观察组采取微生物快速培养检测,对照组采取快速血清学检验。对两组检测效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组检测阳性率(91.67%)明显比对照组检测阳性率(72.22%)高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:较之快速血清学检验,采取微生物快速培养检测对小儿肺炎支原体感染诊断优势较为明显,然实际操作的过程中,为更加准确的对其进行诊断,建议两种方式同时使用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of rapid serological test and microbial test in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods: From December 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital for treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in 72 patients were selected for analysis, according to the order of admission were numbered, the use of parity method is divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The observation group took rapid microbial culture test, the control group took a rapid serological test. The two groups of test results were compared. Results: The positive rate of the test group (91.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.22%), P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Compared with rapid serological test, the detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with rapid microbial culture detection is more obvious. However, in practice, in order to diagnose more accurately, it is suggested that the two methods should be used simultaneously.
