以钛酸四丁酯为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2/硅藻土复合光催化剂,以难降解有机物二甲胺(DMA)为被降解物,考察了制备条件对光催化性能的影响.结果表明,TiO2/硅藻土光催化剂的制备最佳条件为水醇比0.6,500℃煅烧5h,硅藻土2g∶9mL负载1次,溶胶pH值为2.复合光催化剂经扫描电子显微镜(SME)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征,达到纳米级别,3g·L-1催化剂对400mg·L-1 DMA的6h降解率平均可达70%,光催化性能优良.
Nano-TiO2 / diatomite composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as raw material. The degradation of organic matter dimethylamine (DMA) was studied. The effects of preparation conditions on photocatalytic activity .The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of TiO2 / diatomite photocatalyst were as follows: water-alcohol ratio calcined at 0.6,500 ℃ for 5h, diatomite 2g: 9mL loaded once, and the sol pH was 2. The composite photocatalyst was characterized by scanning electron The nanocomposites were characterized by SME, XRD and 3g · L-1 catalyst. The degradation rate of 400mg · L-1 DMA for 6h was 70% on average, and the photocatalytic performance was excellent.
