药物在机体内的动力学特性的研究是新药临床前试验的重要内容之一,其目的是确定被试药物的下列性质:(1)吸收程度和吸收速率;(2)在体内重要器官和组织中的分布和持续时间;(3)代谢过程;(4)药物及其主要代谢产物的排泄途径和速率。采用放射性同位素示踪方法是这些试验的重要手段,因为它具有灵敏度高、符合生理状况、能定位、探测方法简单、适用范围广等优点,因此得到广泛应用。国内从1964年对南瓜子氨酸的研究开始,用示踪技术研究的中草药成分已有30多种,近几年来发展尤为迅速,这对阐明中草药的药理毒理作用,
The study of the pharmacokinetics of drugs in the body is one of the important contents of the preclinical test of new drugs.
